Join our Women’s Fitness Bootcamp and get toned and super confident again. Sign up for 4 sessions per week and follow a targeted plan in our private studio (max 8 people per session).
These workout classes are perfect for fat loss, toning, sculpting, and all in a supportive environment. Follow a targeted toning program that will include:
- Glute Isolation Exercises
- Full body strength training
- Fat burning cardio workouts
- Tailored nutritional guidance
Whether you’re getting ready for summer or starting your wellness journey you will leave every session feeling strong, supported and empowered. Technique and form is key, Sarah Jane will make sure you’re a master at this by the end of your 4 week plan along with nutritional support and you will be going forwards feeling fantastic.

Hi, my name is Sarah Jane, founder of Aura Eve Fitness.
I’m a certified Personal Trainer with over 5 years of professional experience helping women transform their bodies, boost their confidence and live healthier lives through fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching.

My passion for health and fitness began over 24 years ago and I’ve remained dedicated ever since, training consistently, studying cutting edge workout methods, and learning from experts across the UK, USA and Australia.
I’ve built my knowledge not only thorough formal education but through decades of hands on experience in the gym and self-directed learning in nutrition, wellness and strength training.
I’m here to guide you through your own transformation whether through classes, 1-to-1 coaching or online fitness plans tailored to your lifestyle.
