CLASSES

Get fit and have fun in one of our classes in the Workout Studio.

Meet Your Trainers

Laura-Faye Fitness

I provide the highest level of personal training whilst making it enjoyable and realistic without putting too much pressure on the end goal. I want to make the first step in the gym with people to build confidence and make people find their love for health and fitness! My priority is to teach people how to lift weights effectively and safely and be able to walk away from my service and continue their journey with the best knowledge they can.
I’ve been a personal trainer since 2021. I joined the RAF in 2010 and was actually really unfit when I joined and struggled through basic training to keep up. I was a little overweight and just loved food. Being in the military you had to strive to keep your fitness levels high so this drove me to keeping fit which soon turned into a passion. I loved the fitness side and made sure I was in the gym when I could be but also fitting it around my lifestyle.
I’m not the kind of trainer who will enforce strict rules on you around exercise and food. I’ll encourage you to include whatever kind of food you enjoy and move in whatever way you like. I’m a firm believer in us working together as a team and will aim to coach you with that in mind at all times.

For as long as I can remember I’ve always had some involvement in sport; I could never sit still as a child, whether it was playing basketball or football. As I grew older my love for sport slowly transitioned into a love for training. I have been training in the gym for around 4 years and have been a qualified personal trainer for 2 years.

I throughly enjoy my job as a trainer, and get job satisfaction from seeing my clients not only physically change but also change as a person along their journey. My goals, as I trainer, are to help people better themselves. You’ll see the slogan ‘Lift Move Improve’ on my page and on my uniform. This is a basic summary of how I achieve it.

LIFT – my sessions heavily involve weight training. Lifting weights is a great was to gain strength and sculpt our bodies.

MOVE – yes more often than not I get my clients to move more. But it’s much deeper than that, I get clients to think about how they move during day to day life (life choices).

IMPROVE – any and all improvements should be acknowledged and celebrated. Improvement doesn’t always have to be celebrated at big milestones, little and consistent improvement is what gets us to those big milestones.
